Hi, i have recently had a hair transplantation surgery at DHI clinic Hyderabad. To begin with, the whole hospital staff treats you like a family member, and anyone has to feel like home vibes in the clinic. The reason i have chosen this clinic is because one of the staff called Swarupa. She is a bona fide person in the DHI clinic. The way she has explained the treatment process during the counseling session was absolutely amazing, and that takes away all of my fears about HT. Not that i think anyone will spend explaining 5 hours of the treatment process for just charging 500 rupees. And also, she has explained to my brother after talking to me about the whole treatment process. We have mesmerised with the high patience she holds while explaining to us. Later, i have decided to admit in the DHI clinic. To be honest, she has never ignored my calls and messages even after i paid half of the treatment payment to the clinic. She is a generous person towards patients that she answered my call during her holidays and sorted my issue. DHI clinic has a heaps of staff and they are good, but Swarupa is the best they got as an employee in the clinic. I would say Swarupa is a boon to the DHI that i am gonna refer my friends in the coming six months who are facing the hair fall problems like me. That would be great if DHI promotes her to a different role which helps to their business as it’s hard to find such a person like her in this competitive world. Also, DHI uses a unique method called DHI technique that leaves no scars on your scalp, and maintains super hygiene service. To extent my experience, i would also give a compliment to my doctor Zubair who has done my transplantation. He’s a amicable man, did make me comfortable while treating, and took a great care. He has a lots of experience, and a very good listener to the patient problems that could be resolved if patients followed to his ideas. He has given me many precautions for the post treatment process, and answered all of the silly questions with utmost patience. Overall, treatment is bit expensive, but it’s worth getting from the genuine place. I am not concluding my review as i am gonna comeback to conclude my review with the photos of mine after six months.
